Attic is a Mac app that lives in your menu bar. It records what your HomeKit accessories report, such as temperature, humidity, power and air quality, and charts it over time.
Your readings are stored on your Mac. They go somewhere else only if you choose to send them.
What you get
- A history of every reading your home reports, kept for as long as your plan allows.
- Charts you can browse by home, room and sensor.
- A menu-bar icon that shows whether Attic is collecting, so a gap in a chart has an explanation.
- Attic only reads your accessories. It never controls them.
Attic needs macOS 15 or later, and your Mac has to be on and Attic running for it to record.
Free, and Attic Pro
The free plan collects the same readings and keeps the last 7 days. Attic Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription, with Family Sharing, that keeps your history with no limit and turns on export and the destinations.
